On countless occassions, we have rep[orted the mixed telephones lines. My mother has reported this more then thrice to Telkom Silverton to no luck. We are sharing a number with a sertain faily within the same block we stay, when I dial my mother's number, this other family answers the phone, and the phone rings at both the homes . This has caused a huge frustration to my mother and she has since asked me to interevene, and this is the best way I know how. Can we please get some assistance as we do not know if we are paying calls for that other house. Today telkom came by and they fiddled with the phone lines and they advised my mother that all sorted , but to our dismay, the problem still persist.
