I have been trying to cancel my adsl account with Telkom for almost a year.Every time I go to a client branch I get referred to a section I must fax the cancellation to,this I have done to no avail from Telkom.I then went to convert the service to an ordinary residential line in frustration,since Telkom wanted my business by force.I am still being billed for an adsl service that has not worked for more than 8 months going.So even the conversion was not done.I am frustrated with the ineeficiency of Telkom personnel in this regard,I give them a nominal 500/month debit order.
Somebody at Telkom please release me from this bondage-the adsl service has not been available to me for ages,so they are making 800/month rental for nothing,they have even reduced their adsl prices for adsl but not mine.I DO BNOT WANT TELKOM AS A SUPPLIER ANYMORE-SOMEBODY SAVE ME!
