Since I have subscribed to ADSL I have had endless problems. TELKOM TROUBLE
Phoning is a joke! the automated voice says one can leave an e-mail message 'and someone will get back to you' this does not happen. If one has the patience to hang on the operator puts the phone down out of the blue without solving the problem - I have tried all times at night to avoid 'high call volumes'.
The adsl line drops, how does that work? I am not a techno buf but isn't broadband supposed to be 'broad'? How can one subscribe and pay for a service which disconnects itself when one is busy making a banking transaction for instance?
It is difficult to make any constructive comment about this team of incompetent, uncaring, overpaid people and I am talking about the managers of the call centre, senior management who obviously have no management skills whatsoever and the directors who one really have to question from where they came?
