| I reported 3 phones not workingon 16 Jan . Apart from getting reference numbers for the faults via email, no further feedback was received and the problem also not fixed. The call centre (what an ordeal to get to someone) said that according to the system it would have been repaired on 21 Feb, Needless to say nothing happened yet! | |||
