WORST RESPONSE AND SERVICE

We busy building a new house and are digging foundation. The digger by accident, broke the neighbours telephone line that was under ground!!! I phoned telkom on the 10210 number - i was put on hold for 30 Min when i eventually got through no one can understand afrikaans, they needed to call a manger, after i explained my story in a good afrikaans manner(politely) they told me they will assist the situation immediately and will get back to me(still today). After 1:30min i decided just to check on that call i made, after 10 min(calling that same number 10210) i got through and the guy on the other side told me the technical staff finish at 15:30pm they all went home already, they will only attend our situation tomorrow !!!! Its old people(our neighbours) that need their telephone line in case of a emercy through the night !!! THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. I mean if everybody can have such a nice job to go home at 15:30pm and they call themselves a service provider!!!!
