To Whom it May Consern The Telkom branch in Strand by the Pick and Pay centre has showed over and over that they do not care anything about customer service and for someone like me that strives to deliver excellent customer service on a daily basis this was just PATHETIC !! First you try and phone them cause you want to find out what special they all have but with no luck as no one answers the phone. Tried phoning many times on different days but with no luck. So when you finaly decide to just go in and ask for specials, you arrive early before it gets to busy. I get there 08:50 and see that the shop opens at 09:00. Fine, i leave and go have breakfast and come back 09:30 but wait ! THEY ARE STILL CLOSED !! Just before 10 i still see the shop is closed and wonder to myself , these people are getting payed from 9 but they are ******** one hour from their own company ! How can telkom let this happen? Do they not look who they appoint to run a branch?? I couldn't get myself to go in and ask for anything cause if thats how they feel about time keeping then they can keep there specials cause i dont have time for people that straight up just don't care ! |
