I phoned in a fault report on Jan 23rd. Fault number as above. Up until today, February 3rd,absolutely nothing has happened.Nothing has happened despite the fact that I have sent in two enquiries through the website and spoken to operators twice. On Feb 2nd I was promised that it would be escalated and treated as serious. I still asked if they had thought it was a joke before.Even although they were now taking it seriously,there has been no contact from them. This service is appalling and Telkom still has the audacity to advertise for new clients when they cannot provide the service to their existing clients. |
