| 21 days after reporting an ADSL fault on our Business's ADSL, Dixon from Telkom advised that our ADSL line had been restored. Telkom downgraded us from 4MB to 2MB, when querying this Telkom advised that the tech must have forgotten to up the speed to 4MB after repairing a card in the Exchange. ADSL support up the line to 4MB today and the line is unusable - this is pathetic, get a tech to come and sort out your Telkom service. | |||
