I have a problem with my line for the last 2 months, technicians come out , do what they have to do and then close the call. everytime i have to call Telkom to come back and fix the problem. Yesterday they send me a sms to say that have fixed my line, last night when i got home from work, the thing was still not resolved. What do i need to do now? I get a phone bill with a rental amount on it but my i am unable to use my phone. I am now very tired of Telkom and would like them to sort out their line asap. |
