My DSL line went dead about 5 days ago and Telkom still has failed to fix it. This is the third time my line has been faulty in the past three months! I have phoned on numerous occasions, but I never get any result. It seems that Telkom doesn't care about service or customers while it has the monopoly! I can't wait till the ISP's get the option to supply their own DSL lines! |
