Telkom call center rude service. I phoned for help regarding the TekomInternet. the guy did not want to help me and was extremely rude. I am having trouble setting up the email and wanted advice. none was given and when I asked for a manager or customer care, the phone was thrown down in my ear. These calls are recorded and I feel that someone with some authority must listen to this conversation - or lack of it. |
