poor access

i've signed up for the internet package from telkom.
the telkom tech came in yesterday (2/2/12) and installed what needed to be done. i was told to then call 10210 and activate and get my username and password . i have to date made 5 calls , waiting on 2 occassions up to an hr with little success. total waiting time on the phone was 168minutes.

on the last attempt i did get through to the right place and the line went dead.

they refuse to give me an email of a manger or a direct line to contact and they are definately not calling me back( poor service!!!) how can you operate without using this inefficient call centre.

i now wish to cancell the package if this is the difficulties i face
