On about the 4th of January, my adsl line started going very slow, and was very intermittent. Mweb is my adsl provider, but they are contracted to Telkom. I reported the incident on the 6th January 2012. I have made many calls to mainly Mweb, who then contact Telkom, and all I get is that they are waiting for a technician. On the two occasion's when the technician did come out, the first one looked a bit bewildered and said he did not know what was wrong. Unfortunately the second person who came out, tried to help, but at that stage the line was not dropping. At the moment, it drops every 4 - 6 minutes, and no one can find the fault. I am paying nearly 900 for this service monthly and feel that someone from the higher ranks of Telkom and Mweb should be addressing this problem instead of leaving it to call centre operators (who within Mweb are very helpful). Give me an answer Telkom, when is my line going to be fixed??? |
