FREE INTERNET THREE MONTH TRIAL |

The billing structure for this three month free trial has been an absolute joke. Every single month I received a hefty bill and after querying it paid a much lesser amount. Now, all of a sudden, rather hefty outstanding amounts are coming out of the woodwork without any detail or breakdown. It is so confusing, of course I want to pay whatever I owe, but given their track record for messing up this billing, I am getting the distinct feeling that I am been severely ripped off and that free was not necessarily free. The person trying to help me is being very polite, but I still don't understand why I have two account numbers, which one is for internet, which one is for calls, what part was free, what part is not. Has anyone else had this problem? Nicola Jackson
