Free 3 month Internet Charged

I thought great stuff having 3 months of internet free from Telkom.
In November I was charged for 3 months and credited the same. In December I was charged for the DSL line and uncapped advance and telkom 2 internet I phoned 3/1/12 and 24/1/12 each time the amount being reduced but not reflecting on the next account. I now owe 'R1158.29' whereas on 24 Jan I owed 435.07 according to the 'Consultant'. I heard her using a hand held computer to work out the details!! She confirmed it. What she did next I have no idea as my account still is being charged for 'Free Internet"
I had cancelled Telkom Closer 2 internet R70 as we didn't need both. I am still being charged.
I tried phoning today; the first time I got cut off while talking to the consultant and the second time she couldn't hear me. Hence my writing to "Uncle Peter"
I sent emails today and 25th January. Once I have a statement reflecting the true amount I will pay it. Thank goodness for cell phones.
