Dead Line

I am so fed up of phoning to find out the status of my fault to be told over and over again that it is still to be assigned to a tech. We reported our line two weeks ago and still have yet to get a tech. For business this is really bad and all our clients and suppliers complain as they can not reach us and we are starting to lose a lot of business. Does anyone have suggestions because we are eager to have this problem sorted out.
