| HEADLINE | 3 weeks and still no service with no end in sight. |

| I have been waiting patiently for the past three weeks for the techie to correct the fault on my ADSL line, I have spoken to Telkom's call center ( Lets just say i have lost count how many times). After logging the fault and calling and holding on (the longest time was a couple of hours) i am still without fail paying my bill for a service i do not have to a company that does not care with the knowledge that no one will call me and if i do speak to a consultant with no knowledge of my situation they will not do anything but send an email to someone with the knowledge to help who just does not care. | |||
