Their 3 months 'FREE' internet very misleading, only a portion of the internet appears to be free (not the internet rental) and I still had to pay over R600 for December and Jan. After the 'FREE' option expires I'll have to pay R973 per month. My first invoice (3 Nov 2011) showed a R90 credit (the guy in the Vaalmall store said it was a mistake). Three weeks back I called them, the consultant said they overcharged me and I must just pay less, so I paid less. Today I called (after an SMS from Telkom to say I'm in arrear), saying that's what I actually owe and next month I have to pay R973! Rene explained it to me, but I would have liked to know this in October when I applied for the 'FREE' ADSL. The ADSL Internet itself is good. Very misleading, completely nontransparent 'FREE' internet. |
