You put up a show for Hellopeter but didnt act |

I wrote a complaint on hellopeter on 9 May 2011 to complain about T Mobile who have been debiting my MTN cellphone account without permission from me, they then responded to me via hellopeter, acting as if they were all concerned about my query, they left me a note saying i must send my complaint via email to [Hidden Web Address] which I did imediately on 9 May 2011, upon recieving their response to my complaint, to date this Susan women didnt bother reading or responding to me, was your response to me on hellopeter just to put up a show to the public or to hellopeter to say you did respond to me, because till now my issue wasnt adressed, not did I get a response from you, you debited my account without permission, my service provider MTN sent me an sms saying they would take action against you, but niether of you have responded to me!!
