MTN sends me sms's but they cannot call me

I have a business account with MTN, cell phone number ***. On 30 April 2011 I received an sms from MTN, saying that Mobiles has debited my account with the amount of R5.00 for content 'Inspirational Quotes' and that I should contact T Mobile to query this debit, they then sent me another sms on 5 May 2011 to say that my MTN account was irregularly deducted by T Mobile and they are in the process of reversing the deduction and taking action against the provider. They didnt have the decency to call me or to leave a number where I could contact them to query this, asI have never signed up to receive such content nor do I even receive the content, Mobiles has *** debited my account, I have never heard of them, or visited any website or subscribed to receive this content, now I dont know what has happened ever since they said they were taking action against TMobile, why did they not call me to query this or to explain to me what is happeneing, why send me ghost smses with no contact details for you and why do you not call me personally to discuss this matter, why send me smses. ,I like to know what is going on,
UPDATED RESPONSE T Mobile SA Time and Date 14:28:04 | Thu 26 May 11

Hello charzia
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We are currently investigating allegations of unauthorized debits by external content provider T-Mobile. Once we have full clarity on the matter the Wasp will reconcile all accounts and any subscription content not requested will be refunded back to the client. Please bear with us while we work through the matter.
In terms of the contractual relationship between MTN and the WASP, MTN provides, amongst others, the access to its customer, a billing platform and carries credit risk on behalf of the WASP. WASPS are required to be members of and are bound to the WASPA code of conduct. Unfortunately there are WASP’s who do not comply to the code, who will auto subscribe customers, for example, without their knowledge. WASPA imposes penalties on such WASPs. However, MTN would urge clients who have been subscribed without their consent to report the complaint to WASPA on Tel: 011 476 7710; Fax 086 606 2016 or email info@waspa.org.za

Regards,
