I am extremely unhappy, I have never applied to any of your company (T-Mobile SA) services, yet I am receiving a bill every month for R119 on my Vodacom account, I have called Vodacom and they cannot remove this content service off my account as it is a third party company (T-Mobile SA), I have tried calling, no number to call, this is absolutely unacceptable and is illegal, this has been going on for a very long time now and I would like you to credit me with all the money you have stolen from me over the years. I hope you are aware of the consumer protection act?? Because your company is operating illegally. You are debiting my account every month and taking my money for nothing in return. Please unsubscribe me from this service ASAP and credit me with all the money you owe me. I await to hear your urgent response. Regards, MR BJ KRIJGSMAN |
