This week I placed my first order with Sybaritic and I am a very happy customer! I was a bit sceptical about their use of e-mail as primary means of communication but they do communicate well. I received on average 3 e-mails per day informing me of the status of my order. Besides good communication I am also pleased that they really made sure that the product doesn't get damaged, as I had trouble getting it out of the protective packaging :) Really a pleasure dealing with them. |
