| HEADLINE | Worst service coupled with worst attitude! |

| This was probably the worst service I have ever received in my live. I had ordered a graphics card from Sybaritic. I understand that their standard protocol is that you need to pay before the order is placed. I was fine with that. I placed my order and did an instant EFT(22 July 2011). They took until the next week to confirm my payment. Then after that I get emailed saying the order has been placed. At the end of that same week they send me another email saying that the order has been delayed by a month to the 26th of August 2011. I took it on the chin and gave them the month to get the card. I did not bother them or email them even once to put pressure on them. After waiting for an entire month, the week that the card is supposed to be delivered, they tell me that its no longer being made. It took them a month to tell me that! Then they try to smear a much lower quality and lower specification card on me. They refuse to fix their mistake, replying sarcastically with no help and unprofessional smiley faces. I've repeated now in countless back & forth emails that I just want what I paid for. As is stipulated the Consumer Protection Act | |||
