I ordered online, impressed at first that they keep one up to date. Product was confirmed with supplier everything. And then, suddenly some sort of delay. Can't give me a new eta of when the product will arrive. In fact when I called them to find out what the delay is give poor excuses that they asked their suppliers what is going on but apparently they can't give any reason also. So I gave them a day or two (actually the whole weekend included). Emailed them again to find out what is happening. But they just solidly ignores you. I would not encourage people to use this online shop at all as it seems to me they take your money upfront and then don't deliver the goods on time ... or within resonable time thereafter. In fact I still wait for my order. |
