Hi all I've placed an on-line order on the 4th of July 2011 and have to date (15 July 2011) not received my goods. I opted for the overnight delivery and paid the R32 to have it delivered on Tuesday the 5th of July. Seems the package has been lost or stolen and the only response I keep getting is that the courier company (FastWay) is following up and reviewing camera footage. I don't know why this has to become my problem, but the moral of the story is any request to have my package replaced or reshipped have been ignored. Be very careful. |
