Order lost

I ordered 4 2TB drives from Sybaritic on the 7th of June, due for delivery on the 9th of June.
Thursday arrived and no order was delivered. I got in touch with Janine and she followed up with the couriers, who had no idea where the package was. It took constant calls and emails (to Fastway and Sybaritic) to finally establish that the drives had been lost. Since then I have had to keep sending emails to Graeme to get any kind of feedback, and Janine has stopped responding all together. There has been 0 feedback unless I send an email and enquire.

Where we are now, is a claim has been submitted by Sybaritic to the courier company (whom have confirmed that the claim is going to be paid out to Sybaritic, not me, and they themselves do not understand why I haven’t received a replacement order) yet Graeme refuses to send me a replacement order, or refund me.

How is it just or fair that I have to sit and wait for my orderrefund which one of Sybaritic’s service providers lost.
An order that I have paid for….
An order that Graeme is getting paid out for by the courier company?
