| Two months ago I ordered a laptop through this company's online store, only to have the delivery date constantly moved up, which I thought to be ridiculous, so I decided to cancel the order telephonically and received an email confirming the cancellation. Upon transferring funds into my credit card a few weeks later, I noticed that this company had actually put the whole amount through on my credit card after I had cancelled the sale. Due to their negligence I have had to waste time sorting the problem out... thanks for wasting my time Sybaritic. Once bitten, twice shy. Never again. | |||
