I purchased memory and a 2tb drive from sybaritic. for some reason the memory supplied was not compatible with my computer. The first time i added the memory my mother board blew, i took it back the the suppliers as this was a new computer still under guarantee. I got the machine back and thought that it was a faulty motherboard that cause the first error i then tried to add the memory again. We unplugged, added the RAM and once again the machines would not switch on, i had to take it back to the suppliers. I sent the memory back to sybaritic and said i am not willing to try the memory again, at which point they sent it away and said there is no fault with the memory. I am stuck with memory i cannot use, they are not willing to give me my money back. I even asked if i could have store credit or a voucher. This all took over a month of trying to reason with them. The credit protection act allows me to return good if i am not satisfied with them, yet sybaritic just give me 1 line emails saying its not there policies. I WARN people, its a online shop where goods get delivered u have not seen, and if you are unhappy with the goods you can not get your money back. |
