| Just a note of thank you to MZI the cleaner at the lodge.We were based there for a weekend about 4 weeks ago when my friend forgot her cellphone in the room.We were already checked out and on way to Cape Town when we called and spoke to Meagan.Who said that she will just check with room service and will call us back.Within 2 min.Meagan called back and said that the ph.was found and can be collected at lost and found.When we got to lost and found the most frienliest guys Moses and Zanoxlo greeted and and assisted us immediately.What a great Team effort thanx to MZI,Meagan,Moses and Zanoxlo for your great assistance.Waheeba the GM I would strongly recommend Golden Valley Lodge and Casino to anybody and everybody not even Grand West with it's staff has the hospitality that your staff has to offer.Thank you. | |||
