Firstly on Saturday night after leaving the Entertainment centre after 1 am we waited 35 min for the shuttle bus to arrive to take us back to the vacation club bus stop. Then there came a mini bus from the cabanas a lady ask him if he could please take us back to the vacation club because we're waiting so long for the buses, he rudely replied no and drove of. I then looked a telephone number I could phone to get transport back and there was none. I looked for someone which worked there and only came across a security guard she luckily had a number and phoned for a mini bus. The driver said that they have been past there a few times which was a ****because I took her outside and showed her that there was at least 30 people waiting outside so it could not be possible if he came past there already. She phoned him again and shortly after he came. I would like to no why they are so incompetent at ''Sun City". Secondly the reception staff at the vacation club isn't very friendly nor helpful. |
