On 29/11/11 I had an amount of R9760 deducted off my credit card. This was done in error by Vacation Club. After several phones call they credited me with the amount. Then on 1/12/11 another amount of R1970 was deducted. This was the whole levy for the year, and since I have owned timeshare I pay a monthly sum of R179.10. I again called and spoke to Patrua who assured me I would be credited the full amount less the monthly levy. No credit is forthcoming. I call again on 7 Dec and was told he would "do it tomorrow", spoke on 12 Dec and was assured he would get back to me - nothing. Called again on 15 Dec and was told he would fax proof of payment. Still nothing is forthcoming. Finally I called today and spoke to the manager who said it was paid yesterday. I asked for her to send proof of payment as the Bank has no record , and I am still waiting. There was no apology, and they still have my money which I need over Christmas. The Manager claimed to know nothing about this, yet every time I called Patrua he always put me on hold and referred to someone else. |
