| My husband and I, together with our baby, visited your resort hoping for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. But we were very dissapointed and disgusted. When we made the booking, we requested a ground floor unit and that a microwave be put in the room. We explained that the reason for the requests was because of our baby and that it would be easier if we had a microwave to sterilize and warm her bottles and naturally a ground floor unit would be easier to allow us to be more mobile. When we booked in on Sunday the 8th of January, we were told that a microwave could not be supplied and that we also couldn't get a ground floor unit. We were truelly dissapointed at the lack of assistance. On Monday the 9th, we left our room at about 07:00 and put up the "Please service this room" sign, when we returned at about 08:00, the room was not serviced yet. We then left the room again at about 11:00 and left the sign on the door. My husband also spoke to a housekeeper and asked when the room would be serviced and the reply was that the housekeepers are busy on that floor and that they would be there shortly.
