Phoned the wild coast sun on thursday at about 10am and we were informed that the wild waters park will be opened to the public on 2/01/2012. Drove all the way via durban from johannesburg only to find out that they were closed to the public and only opened for residents. Enquired at public relations and they advised that there was nothing that they could do. The lady at the relations department was extreamly rude and offered no assistance at all. Jan viljoen the head of security was also very rude to us and were were asked to leave as there was nothing that could be done We are extreamly upset and also outraged as we were terribly inconvenienced We were there at 8:30am and left at 10am. We were also told that the park was full already as already 3500 pple were in We were also told that no senior staff was available to assist us which is totally unacceptable. |
