| I called Sun City Reservations to make a booking for Saturday night as I was given tickets to go to the Freshly Ground concert, they tell me that Nedbank has booked the entire resort, not even 1 room is available... How unproffesional is that? Like how can you have a concert there, and expect your guests to drive back home that late at night? Why was there no arrangement plan set up for those fo us who are going to the concert? Or why did they have the concert on the same weekend of the Golf Challenge? Were they only thinking of getting a good name with thpse who are attending the Golf Challenge and now the rest of us guests just don't make a difference? I am very angry and dissapointed in the fact that they would really have NOTHING available...then people wonder why the accident rate is always going up... cause good companies like this one would let us down and not accomodate us but let us drive home after concerts etc knowing that people would have drinks etc at one!!! I am dissapointed that this was my first time trying to do the bookings and I already have a bad impression on their service!!! | |||

Hello Nazreen Smith , Thank you for your feedback. This concert was particularly intended as an event to entertain those who remained at Sun City after the golf. Unfortunately as with all concerts at Sun City there is a great demand for accommodation and as much as we would like to accommodate everyone due to a limited number of rooms it is just not possible to do so. | Not Impressed: How can they say the concert was intended for those who attended the golf but still allow the rest of us to have access to purchase these tickets knowing that if we csn purchase tickets we will obviously want accomadation too instead of driving 3 hours to get home that late at night.... Why sell it freely but not accomodate people to the maximum? | |||
