Not able to make a booking

My wife and I will be staying at the Cabanas over new year's eve for a couple of days. My wife did request what restaurants will be open and Jacqueline Smit send an email with the details and the contact person to call was Mavashini to make a booking. My wife called and was rudely told that she needed to send an email to make a booking. My wife sent 2 emails regarding a booking (Wed 7th Dec and Mon 19th Dec) and there has been no reply.

I eventually was able to make a booking today by calling (I did not speak to Mavashini).

I think that it is unacceptable that Mavashini wouldn't take the original booking when my wife phoned and then did not respond to either of her emails. I hope this is not the type of service I should expect during my stay.

This complaint was resolved by the hotel manager Ntebi.
