Hello Before I start with what I have to say, I would like for you to have an open mind and try to see this from a parents point of view. My family decided to spend New Years day at Sun City as we wanted to have a fun-filled yet relaxing day. This turned out to be the total opposite. We stood in a line or queue at the entrance of the Valley of Waves for 1.5 hours as each bag needed to be searched to ensure no food items where taken in. This I still understood as obviously the shops inside need to be used. However, me as a mother has to try and explain to my 2 year old son why he has to wait 2 and a half hours before he can eat, is totally unacceptable. I stood in a line for 1.5 hours just to place my order at the (Steers/Debonaires/Fishaways) counter and then I had to wait for another hour before I got my food. This is ridiculous and totally unrealistic. This is suppose to be a international tourist attraction yet the service was pathetic. Something needs to be done. Thank you, |

Hello shantelm123, Dear Shantel Thank you for the feedback, as you have rightly pointed out, this is an extremely busy period. Whilst we do try to manage and control the queues it is unfortunate that there will be waiting periods. Your comments are valued and we will most certainly look at the sytems and controls going forward to further reduce the waiting periods experienced by our customers.
