| HEADLINE | Money went missing whilst I stayed in the Hotel |

Upon arrival I was advised to lock my valuable in the safe I went out for site seeing LOCKING the money(R300.00) in the safe. I was very suprised when i returned a note from the security stipulating that a cleaner found the safe opened, they did their checks to verify that the safe was indeed left opened and concluded that it LOCKED. Security also concluded that the only person who gained acces to the room was the cleaner who allegedly found the safe opened, I logged a complaint with management. After 2 weeks of waiting for a response I received an emailed to advise I "won't my money back and case closed". I am very dissapointed and angry that something like this happened on my birthday and this incident tarnished the high standard I had for Sun International hotels |
