This is a continuation of the previous report as submitted on the 11th January 2012 by Brigitte Ferreira: At 16:00pm when we return to the room it was still not serviced, I then contacted reception to inform them of the terrible service delivery , they then indicated that they will send someone asap. At 19:00pm there was still no house keeping so we then decided to go to reception personally. We spoke to the duty manager Ikageng who apologised for the inconvenience and stated that he will personally call the house keeper. At 19:45pm there was still no house keeping, the room was smelling from the dustbin the baby was irritated as it was past her bed time. We then phoned reception again for the forth time and spoke to Ikageng , he was surprised to hear that there was still no house keeping, he then offered for us to move to a clean room. We decline as is was late and we had already unpacked. He then followed up with house keeping who only arrived at 20:00pm. I find this unacceptable from an internationally acclaimed resort which I visit at least twice a year. We will definitely think twice before making another booking. |
