| Went to Carousel last Saturday as i always do. My sister held my machine for me (no draws or anything going on, plus a lot of machines were open). I went to draw money at the teller and she struggled with my platinum card to load my credits that she eventually called the manager to come and help. When i finally got back to my machine, i was told that the casino staff informed my sister that they WILL remove my card from the machine within the next 5 minutes so that one of her friends can play on my machine (while 3 other machines were open next to us). They were really rude. For someone that plays at the carousel atleast once a week and not with small change, i am quite disapointed with their attitude. Not my fault the teller could not get my card to work. Why don't they concentrate on people sitting at the machines not playing at all, just yelling loudly and the DRUNKS that hang around screaming at the top of their lungs, falling all over the place (one guy actually almost fell on me when he fell of his chair as he was extremely drunk) or the people sleeping at the games??? No, they rather concentrate on people actually playing then people making fools of themselves. | |||
