| I am a loyal sibaya gambler for the past 10 years but it is until now that i have noticed bad attitude from some of the sibaya attendants and tables dealers. Some of them all which are female displayed stubborn and unfriendly attitude towards us patrons. They are very unapproachable, and to confirm this i have noticed that these sibaya staff have been making derogatory statements to us patrons calling us, 'sick' ,'pathetic', '******', and been told to 'get a life'. Many vulgar terms were also used to describe the patrons of sibaya. I think its about time that the GM of sibaya checks up on this as this will really create a bad reputation for the casino. My family and i are really tempted to change our gambling venue after seeing this on facebook.its really hurtfull and degrading. Sibaya should employ people with friendly approachable helpful attitudes, not people whose attitude that stinks!!! I must add that some of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful its just this handfull that is giving the casino a bad name!!! | |||

| Quite Impressed: Very happy that the response was quicker than expected and glad to see intention of rectifying the problem, however i must add that i cannot meet with the tables manager as i would like to remain anonymous but i can be contacted via my email address and can furnish the names of the people responsible, as i have seen these comments on facebook personally | |||
