********* Business Practices – Refusal to Remove Former Dancers' Images and Misleading Advertising**

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the way Strip SA has handled my personal images and advertising content.

I was previously associated with Strip SA as a freelance dancer and consented to the use of my photographs for advertising and recruitment purposes during the period in which I was actively working with the agency.

However, I stopped working as a dancer approximately 2 years ago. Despite having been away from the industry, my images continue to be displayed and used on the Strip SA website for advertising and promotional purposes.

I have since raised my concerns and requested that my images be removed. Unfortunately, the owner has refused to comply, allowing my photographs to remain publicly accessible and continuing to use my image in a manner that creates a false impression that I am still affiliated with, available through, or associated with the agency.

I want to make it absolutely clear that my original consent was given within the context of my working relationship with Strip SA. It was never intended to grant the business unlimited or indefinite permission to continue using my personal images years after my departure.

This situation has caused unnecessary personal complications, misunderstandings and drama in my life. It is incredibly frustrating to have my identity and past association with the agency continue to be used without my current consent or involvement.

What makes this particularly disappointing is the refusal to address a reasonable request from a former independent contractor.

I believe businesses have a responsibility to respect the privacy, dignity and rights of the individuals whose images they use to promote their services. Consent should not be treated as permanent or unconditional simply because someone once worked with a business.

**I am formally calling on Strip SA and its owner to:** 1. Immediately remove all photographs, videos and promotional material featuring me from their website and any other advertising platforms under their control. 2. Stop using my name, likeness or image to advertise or recruit dancers. 3. Confirm in writing that all relevant content has been removed. 4. Refrain from any future use of my personal images without my express permission.

I am sharing this experience publicly because I believe other women, particularly former dancers and independent contractors, should be aware of how their images may continue to be used long after they have left an agency.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for my personal image to be respected and for a business to acknowledge that my professional association with them ended five years ago.

**Five years is more than enough time to recognise that I have moved on. My image, identity and personal life should not remain tied to a business I am no longer associated with.**

I sincerely hope Strip SA takes this complaint seriously and resolves the matter without requiring further escalation.
