I took my Ryobi Mitre saw to be fixed because it was not cutting nice 45 degree angle mitre cuts. They told me I needed a new blade. When I voiced my objection to this, thinking that they just wanted to make a few extra bucks of me, they physically proved it to me. It turns out the problems were due to the after-market blade I had fitted. Fitting the new blade solved my problem and they only charged me for the blade. Thank you to Petro and her service technician for your superb service. |
