I had purchased some Ryobi products over time- and did not have the slips anymore. Althought they are less than 2years old- Slips are alwas a requirement.. Nevertheless, I emailed Ryobi about 2 of the units I have- 1 of which I used once, the other has experienced some fair use. I was hoping for a repair.. I received a very professional and friendly call (the same day) from Erick who welcomed me to bring the units in and let them "have a look". This was arranged and I popped into Ryobi Midrand. Without hesitation the almost new unit was replaced with a new one (and new model). The second unit was checked- and a suspected bearing seizure resulted in that unit also being replaced.. both replaced at R0-00. Commendations to Erick for his professional and efficient approach to customer service- and going beyond what would be considered fair! Thank you Ryobi. |
