further to my previous, Ryobi asked me by phone to take the faulty batteries together with the purchasing invoice to a MICA or BuildIT for them to forward it to them in Midrand. As fate would have it, i cannot find that specific invoice where i bought it at Kloppers Bloemfontein. I wonder if Steven & Co would accept a VISA card statement showing the date and the transaction as enough proof. I'm sure Kloppers could issue a copy invoice if really required. I'm in Midrand next week, shall I bring the faulty parts in or do you need both drill machines too ? |
