Ryobi - Bad Quality Product and no Guarantee

Never trust Ryobi Guarantees-
We purchased a brand new Ryobi Mitre Saw, within 1 month the arm snapped clean off while cutting pine quarter rounds (nearly injuring my staff) - on returning it to the supplier (Builders Warehouse) - 2 weeks later I am told it is not covered by guarantee? - THE STEEL ARM THAT HOLDS THE BLADE SNAPS - HOW DANGEROUS
