When I bought a camera last year before the Christmas rush, the deal offered with free printer was affected due to supplies of printers that have run out. I asked to speak to the manager and he was very forthcoming by offering an SD card as replacement. The photographic personnel, however need to learn a lot about customers being right (although we know, this is not always the case). At least they can pretend! |
