We bought a AEG freezer 18months ago and took an extended 5 year warranty on it. It broke wihile still under AEG warranty. Since November 2010 the Freezer does not freeze and does not drop below -13Degrees. Whenever the door is openend it immediatly rises to -10Degrees. on -11 Degrees the Freezer's automatic alarm sounds. This is when the freezer is empty. Whenever products are put into the freezer, the temperature changes to PLUS 20Degrees. Stax have send 7 different technicians to have a look at the freezer to date, they have exchanged all parts possible and still the freezer does not work. WE have to follow up everytime. Everytime it takes a week or more for them to come back to us. I have since demanded a replacement freezer but now there is only silence and no feedback from Ross's manager. For 7 months now I have an appliance, still under warranty that the Supplier can not fix, does not know what is wrong with and does not provide feedback on how they are going to resolve this issue. In April promised have been made for a replacement freezer to be supplied,but none came of this promises. Promises have constantly been made, but to date,no Results have been seen. |

| Utterly Disgusted: So ... repair man number x in a long list of repairmen came on Friday to "FIX" The freezer again. This time the story was that it was supposedly over-gassed ??? Anyway .. That Idea did not work. Freezer is still broken. Does not go below -11. | |||
