THE INCIDENT

OK so after my tirade yesterday I received a phone call from such a lovely man from Standard Bank, Mr Victor Makalela (please forgive me on the spelling!) Victor thank you very much for helping me get this situation sorted. I really do appreciate your professionalism and your help! He managed to calm me down and would not get off the phone until he had answers for me. So now I'm back to the normal proceedures of dealing with my insurance claim and much calmer and relaxed for it!
Victor - thank you very much again!
