THE INCIDENT

I would just like to thank Joseph for dealing with my complaint on Hello peter in a very serious and professional manner. After going for more than two weeks without a credit card. I complained on this site, and he immediately called me to arrange for me to get one. He even arranged for it to be couried to my work place. Every step of the way he called to let me know what was happening. Thank you very much Joseph. It is the little that make clients happy.
