THE INCIDENT

Well done to Standard Bank Service Centre in San Ridge Mall, Midrand - excellent customer service - consultants were courteous, professional and extremely helpful considering the long line of customers waiting. My query was attended to and the consultant concerned did her best to ensure I got the assistance I needed. I actually left the bank feeling happy and satisfied that I received professional service. Makes one think that we are making progress in this country. Good Work!
